What is the name of your Glenfiddich Signature Cocktail?

Tell us about your Signature Cocktail & Why you designed it?

I wanted to limit the amount of ingredients in my cocktail to ensure the Glenfiddich 15yr really stood out, I did this by using flavors that complemented this product.

I burnt butter to highlight the smoky notes in the Glenfiddich, and I made a syrup from this to capture the way Glenfiddich coats the mouth as you drink it.

I used an orange marmalade to bring out the winter fruit component of the whisky.

Peychaud’s bitters were added to help the subtle spice to come through, and a dash of absinthe for a slightly dryer finish.

I wanted to keep my drink traditional, which is why I decided on an old fashioned style this I feel works well with the history of the Grant family and the history of the land.

A person who wants a rich, creamy, indulgent cocktail, to slowly sip on.

How long have you been in the bar industry?

Almost 10 years

What do you have that makes you Untouchable?

Personality, charm, creativity, and an undying love for single malts.

What is your best advice for younger players?

Read lots of classics, know your products and have fun.

15 yo Solera Reserve.
