What is the name of Your Glenfiddich Signature Cocktail?

Tell us about your Signature Cocktail & Why you designed it?

I wanted to use the Glenfiddich 18yr ancient reserve because of it's complexity and long palate, I wanted to highlight the many flavours in the 18yr and turn it into a drinking experience. On the nose and the front palate I get oranges, followed by sweet spice and the presence of sherry buts which has manipulated the whisky. Finished with lovely mocha notes and the ever present smokiness.
The end result is a sensory journey which encapsulates several vices i.e. alcohol, tobacco, coffee, chocolate and cream. Resulting in a unique drinking experience.
