Tell us about your Signature Cocktail & Why you designed it?

It is a simple expression of all of the characteristics that I find in the 12 yr old Variant in a simple, straight up, cocktail format. I designed the drink with the idea of creating a contemporary classic in mind (with ingredients that William Grant would approve) without using home made ingredients, making the drink replicable, accessible and appealing to a wide variety of consumers.

Anyone who is open to drinking whisky cocktails

That which is intangible

What is your best advice for younger players?

Drink whisky, keep it simple and have a reason for placing every single ingredient in your drink… and don’t enter other peoples drinks….

If you could pick any Glenfiddich variant to take with you on the plane to Scotland if you win, which one would it be?

Haha, share? My girlfriend doesn’t drink much whisky but she would learn to drink 30 yr old boilermakers with little creatures pale ale….
