What is the name of Your Glenfiddich Signature Cocktail?

The Green Dragon Julep

Tell us about your Signature Cocktail & Why you designed it?

My goal was to create a drink that would demonstrate the diverse appeal of Glenfiddich. Combining the Glenfiddich 12yo with Green Tea and mint creates a unique flavour profile that compliments the honey and ginger characteristics. The result is an international approach to drinking whisky.

Who do you envisage Drinking your Signature Cocktail?

I hope that anyone with preconceived opinions about whiskey will try my drink and appreciate the adaptability and diversity of the Glenfiddich single malts.

How long have you been in the bar industry?

I have worked in the hospitality industry for about seven years with the last four years spent working behind the bar.

What do you have that makes you Untouchable?

I try to take a simple and honest approach to bartending. There's no room for those big egos.

What is your best advice for younger players?

As bartenders we must all work together to lift and quality and respectability of the industry by researching both classic and modern drinking trends.

If you could pick any Glenfiddich variant to take with you on the plane to Scotland if you win, which one would it be?

Glenfiddich 21yo, Havana Reserve
