What is the name of Your Glenfiddich Signature Cocktail?

Tell us about your Signature Cocktail & Why you designed it?

The cocktail is a Smokey berry scotch flavoured drink with hint of lavender. I designed it because I liked the characteristics of the whisky and wanted to create a drink that was a little different and that people would find Interesting and want to try.

Who do you envisage Drinking your Signature Cocktail?

People who like a nice scotch and a cigar and enjoy having it in a nice bar after dinner.

How long have you been in the bar industry?

What do you have that makes you Untouchable?

Drinking Glenfiddich!

What is your best advice for younger players?

Taste the scotch, research it then find out its characteristics and accentuate its flavours then add something different.

If you could pick any Glenfiddich variant to take with you on the plane to Scotland if you win, which one would it be?

Although I used the 12 y.o in my cocktail. I would take the 21 y.o with me because I like the toffee notes and sweetness in the whiskey and coz it is aged in rum barrels and I am a big rum fan.
